Ingredients
  • 1½ cup unsweetened non-dairy liquid (e.g. almond milk, rice milk or soy milk)
  • 2 dried apricots or 4 pitted dates
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup kale leaves
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • ½ cup frozen berries

Instructions
  1. Combine spinach, kale, frozen berries, frozen banana and dates in blender container
  2. Add non-diary liquid
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Enjoy and be healthy!
